You should find it under your CPU settings which is under part of the advanced menu. Your BIOS will look different from mine but the navigation structure is usually pretty consistent across manufacturers: 

Advanced -> CPU Settings -> sometimes Virtualization -> SVM/AMD-V [Enable/Disable]

There is no universal standard for the menu navigation so all I can give you is a general idea of what you're looking for.
