Good PC extremely slow boot + other weird symptoms HELP

Alienware prebuilt - Aurora R7

Intel core i7-8700

16gb ram ddr4

GTX 1080

 

Super slow boot times as stated in title. After login, desktop is unresponsive for around 30 seconds to a minute. Games can take ages to load. Chrome browser will occasionally freeze. Full control of the rest of the pc but the browser is unresponsive. Eventually comes back but is insanely choppy and laggy for a while. 

 

I'm at a loss...

I'm not at the computer right now but its got a 1tb HDD (not sure about that storage size) and an M.2 SSD

I'm thinking it's dying storage now.......

Did you remove all the Alienware bloat or is that still happily running?

 

Can you post a screen shot of the windows startup tab?
