Windows 10 File Explorer doesnt refresh automatically

Hello everyone,

I bought a new Laptop a couple weeks ago. It's still running Windows 10 (Education, Version 21H1). I doubt that the modell or specs are necessary, but I can share them if anyone wants to know.

I have the following issue:

Whenever I move files/folders into a new file path, when I create a new folder, unzip zip-files or anything similair, I have to manually refresh the folder (F5) so I can see the new file or whatever.

I couldnt notice a connection with high CPU or drive workloads. This laptop is equipped with an m.2 drive, too.

If there are any things you need to know for troubleshooting, please let me know!

Thanks in advance!!
