2021 Samsung q70a black issue

Hey guys so i just upgraded my living room tv to a 2021 samsung q70a 75”, First day i got the tv i mainly used it during the day, when i used it for the first time at night last night i noticed when watching say movies for instance where there is a black banner above and below the picture, the black area almost flickers and changes shades of black and grey, I twitched between apps and seems to be the same issue on all content like this, Also the corner back lights also seem to be waaaaay to bright. Ive never used Samsung tvs before so wanted to know what the best thing to do or if anyone else has experienced this
