Export images from your laptop to an external screen

I have an HP Probook 455 G8 laptop, recently I needed to find a screen for learning and entertainment, have an LG 29WP60G that fits my needs and pockets but I wonder if my laptop can export images at 2560x1080 resolution of this screen

just outputting 1080p photo? Honestly even an underclock raspberry pi can do it nowadays.
