What can I mine that won't damage my pc

I have a lenovo ideapad 5 with a ryzen 4500u, 8gb ram. And vega graphics.

A pretty powerful laptop.

What crypto can I mine that WON'T damage any of my pc parts?

Maybe monero or something similar to that, maybe ethereum, but it would be so inefficient it's not worth it... you'll spend more in electricity than you'd make in actual coin, and you'd stress your laptop running it 24/7 at high temperatures.

Yeah that's the thing. I was looking for something that won't stress my cpu.

Like someway to mine a different way than letting my computer parts stress out.

I'm assuming there isn't a way

you could mine something like CHIA, which would only do some read actions on your HDD or SSD. but you would need a lot more storage than what could fit in a laptop to make a profit.

Raptoreum on the CPU with with like 2-4 threads and maybe Ergo on the GPU with 50% power usage.
