Need help picking parts $1000 usd

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rust, Valorant, 3D modeling and Game dev with unity / Unreal

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I don’t need any peripherals and if the gpu is to look for used on eBay please tell me the price range. If a 3060, budget has to be higher than 600 or I won’t find one.

You might be able to find a 1080 for cheaper if you look harder, but overall this is what I'd go for

but it does effectively cost more (the $400 ones are very difficult to find), and since they're doing 3D modeling, I figured CUDA would be a very useful feature.

Still not good enough to beat 6600XT, CUDA doesn't matter when card itself is way slower.
