Screen loses signal when loading specific site?

Hi everyone,

 

I have a dual screen setup, however for my second screen it does this weird thing, whenever I go to the league of legends world website it gives this distorted screen as seen in the video below. As far as I know this only happens when i go to the league worlds website (https://lolesports.com/en_US/worlds) when i get to the stream (https://lolesports.com/live/worlds/riotgames) it works just fine again. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
