Can I use an Acer Resource DVD to repair my corrupted Windows 10 partition? If so, how does one use it?

My Windows partition is corrupted because I messed some things up while dual booting, thankfully my other dualbooted os worked, but windows didn't, I searched for how to use the dvd, but I didn't find any clear tutorials on how to properly do it, how do I use it?
