My pc is not booting up

So my pc was working normaly a few days ago , but 4 days ago its started boot looping .

I got it to boot a few times into windows . But rn its boot looping and sometimes booting into bios and crashing , sometimes an ok beep but sometimes not even that and still booting into bios.

And when i flip the switch on power supply to off after starting it , i can hear the power supply start. Im i having PSU issues or?

Psu - gembird Psu4x-12

MB- gigabite GA-H61M-HD2

Cpu- i3 3240

Ram - 2x4 transcend cl 9
