Is this normal?

Hi guys.... I used to get 130-150 fps on csgo on my gtx 1050 ti but now i get 115 fps and it will often drop to 24 fps our of sudden. Is there something i mising or is my gpu slowly dying... Degrading its performance or is there like a software that is causing such behaviour ,below are a benchmark from unigine heaven benchmark 4.0

 

Current set up is

Mobo:intel dp67bg 

Cpu: i7 2600 

Ram:8gb 1888mhz  2x4gb

Gpu: zotac gtx 1050 ti

Cooler:aio 240mm id cooler 

Psu:andyson 650watss semi modular 

Ssd:240gb sandisk

Hdd:1tb wd blue and 1 tb barracudas 

Case:TECWARE EDGE 

 

Monitor:Anmite 32 inch 1080p,aoc 22 inch 1080p and dell 22 inch 1080p

 

All connected to gpu

Get HWInfo and see the temps on your GPU while it's working, especially, when working hard. Normal 1050Ti usage, even if it's pushed hard with RDR2, should be around 60-80 degree.

 

If it's more than that, you definitely have problem with cooling. Easiest fix is just simply clean the GPU (and the PC either) from dust, and apply a new thermal paste.

 

If you're on wkwk land, avoid any Arctic MX-4 thermal paste on the marketplace as I confirmed if it's actually fake product. Get Noctua NT-H1 (or, cheaper option's on Deep Cool product) instead.

 

If it's not, check Task Manager/HWInfo when idling and don't open anything, it should be at 0-5% only. If there's usage high enough as like 10%-ish, even you're idling your PC, use task manager to see the culprit.
