Sensitivity changes when I change user

Hello guys. 
I ve had problems with windows search in start menu, and I fixed it by creating new User. 

But on new user I felt like my sens is different even with same software dpi settings and windows sensitivity. 
I m fps player and its really important for me to not change my sensitivity, since I need to build muscle memory. 
I copied DPI settings, ingame sensitivity and windows sensitivity from old user to new one. Then I moved my mouse for 10 cm's on each user in game. And degree of player rotation was different for some reason.

 

What else might affect my ingame sensitivity?

Make sure you have disabled hardware acceleration. It's on by default.

the thing is that when I go to tournament, I need to setup pc, sensitivity for scratch. And If my sens on home pc is different to tournament sens, it's problem for me.
