I build the PC with the power source flowing from my home power source to UPS then to PSU.

My overall PC wattage is around 274watt on full load (i use calculation from pcpartpicker.com)

And the UPS I use is APC BX800 (800VA / 400WATT), my question, if I want to replace my PSU to Seasonic Core GM-650 (650 watt), with PC load only 274watt, is it ok if I still use my old 800VA UPS? I mean, would it be damaged my UPS or even my PSU?

Sorry, I'm not so good to explain things, I hope you understand what I mean.

PS: my old PSU was Aerocool Lux 550 Watt, and I plan to replace it with seasonic core series (I confuse between gm-650 or gm-500 since gm-550 is not available in my country)

UPS issues/questions would be easier to address if mods would sticky the UPS thread I created.

Do not undersupply your PSU.  You may only be using 50% of the PSU's capability--but if your UPS still isn't capable of sustaining the PSU's max--you can still end up with outage issues.  Not all PSU's are equal; don't expect that common sense will apply in the case of sudden power outage.

It should be fine as you said it would be 274W max load, then taking account in power efficiency it would be around 325-350W wall usage which is still less than 400W.
