PC with 10400 + GT 1030 is no problem for a 180w 12vO PSU.

Looked at some photos and it seems it runs HPs own bastardized PSU layout. It is not ATX compatible, so you cannot just get a ATX power supply and upgrade it.

GT 1030 uses very little power. 20-30W. Would most likely run with whatever PSU is in the system.

Just researched a bit and they also made a model with the same wattage CPU and PSU, and the GT 1030!
