Cpu heat rising in bios.

Hello. 

I've just put all my parts in the pc and went in the bios. Saw my CPU started at 40 Celsius but then just kept rising. 

I have checked that my AIO cooler is making contact. 

I7 10700K

Arctic liquid freezer 240.

MPG Z590 GAMING CARBON WIFI

EVGA supernova 750 G5

Are my AIO tubes at the wrong angle?

Is there a plastic peel between the cooler and the CPU?
Is there thermal paste?

Is the AIO pump connected and running?

I never did watercooling but physically it should be better to turn your front radiator so that the tubes are at the top.

So if there are some small air bubbles, they go up and stay in the tube, while the cooler is 100 % filled with water and no air gets stuck in there.

There is thermal paste. 

I have taken off the plastic 

The AIO is connected and the fans are running.

 

There isn't space for having the tubes on top.
