if not what does it take for a mobo to have one? a certain gen of processor?

 

 

if nvme is pcie 4.0 then what will grapics cards in the future be? arent they pcie 3.0 and gonna go to 4.0?

It supports nvme storage, all modern boards do. 

 

Do you mean m.2 slots? Yes it has those too.

Yes it does, why not just put the whole question in the title by the way? It has 2 NVMe slots but you need an 11th gen CPU to use both, if you use a 10th Gen you only get to use one iirc

there are 2. Where it says “M.2 Socket”. The white cover in the middle says M.2 Armor
 

The second slot is in the bottom right. “M.2 socket” If you open the newegg link or amazon link youd see this:
