Hi! Is there a site similar to GSMARENA but for laptops? I'm dead set on getting a laptop with some particular specs.

That site doesn't have filters like that unfortunately. I want a laptop with a 4600h and a 1660ti. I know it's older gen but I want to snipe old stock for a good price.

Ok so a new lenovo legion with a 5600h and 3050ti goes for about 1000$.

 

As for 4600h 1660ti based laptops there are only 3 worth considering (in order of recommendation):

 

Xmg core 15

Lenovo legion 5

Hp omen 15 but with the upgraded screen

 

Anything else was trash. Core 15 is hard to get the legion is often on sale.

 

However it is very rare to actually find these for a better price than the new ones due to their popularity so basically just get the new device.
