need help! diablo 2 resurrected!!!

Over the last three days or so, diablo 2 resurrected has been rolled back twice due to server issues.

 

During the first roll back, I lost three runes, quests that I completed and experience.

 

During the second roll back, I lost a very rare item (trang oul armor// this may take probably up to 50hrs to get given that you have high level characters) 

 

I've contacted blizzard about this. I haven't got a response from them so far.

What can I do to get my items back?

I doubt you will be able to get them back, unless Blizzard pulls a rabbit out of a hat. Good luck!
