That is very good list, Nothing to change here.

Only one thing to maybe consider is to get lian li galahad AIO, It's price in US is almost same to one you have chosen, If it's similarly priced in your country too, Get it, yuo'll avoid dealing with different RGB softwares and fans also will look same.

I like everything exepct the Cooler and Motherboard, maybe go for a RGB Air cooler, that should cool a 5600X enough. It isn't a hot chip, so you can save some bucks there and maybe get a 3060TI, which performs way better then the 3060 non TI.

For Motherboard, I'd personally go either for the MSI B550 A-Pro or the ASRock B550 Steel Legend, other then that, a very nice build!
RGB air coolers I know of are:

Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition 57.3 CFM CPU Cooler (RR-212S-20PC-R1) - PCPartPicker

Vetroo V5 52 CFM CPU Cooler (VT-CPU-V5) - PCPartPicker (I believe gamers nexus recently released a video on it)

Deepcool GAMMAXX GTE 56.5 CFM CPU Cooler (GAMMAXX GTE) - PCPartPicker

The Hyper 212 is a classic, the Vetroo is maybe a bit small but should be enough for the 5600X, at least non oc'ed. I don't know that much about the Gammaxx but it has good reviews, so maybe also worth to look into that one.

The Lian Li galahad us much more expensive in Australia, is there a way to connect different RGB fans to the same software?
