Optical Switches?

I want to buy a new keyboard and im a gamer, are optical switches noticably faster that mechanical ones?

Are cherry speed silvers noticably faster than regular cherry switches?

Is the difference between them similar to the difference between 144 and 240hz?

I think they're slightly (not sure how much) faster, along with being quieter and easier to press

when using them can you actualy feel them being faster

Optical switch don't require denouncing which is usually 5ms. So they are 5ms faster which you will never notice.

They're measurably faster by several milliseconds, but no, you won't notice it in use.
