It should still have warranty. So it's not your job to fix it yet.
Send it to Dell and let them make it work.

I mean... Reasons for a shut down could be really high temperatures or a bad/broken power supply.

But since you still have warranty, you should not do it by yourself.

Is your power supply cable connected? Or are you running on battery?
If it runs with the cable, the battery is not charged or broken.

I recently received a 2021 alienwhere m14r4, when I got it it was preinstallled for me by DOR or department of rehabilitation, they help people with disabilities get jobs. As I installed premiere pro and steam it started to Crash but if I move the mouse or keyboard it would turn back on. I tried updating the drivers but to no avail, please help me! What’s happening?

You moved a laptop's keyboard? O_O

If it works when you move the mouse, maybe it is just saving energy by turning off the screen after a while?

There are energy saving settings in windows, where you can adjust the time before that happens or if it should happen at all.

My build:

CPU

Intel Core i7 9700 8x 3.00GHz So.1151

CPU cooler

be quiet! Shadow Rock Slim

Motherboard

MSI B360-A PRO Intel B360 So.1151 Dual Channel DDR4 ATX

RAM

16GB (4x 4096MB) HyperX FURY black DDR4-2666

GPU

8GB Gigabyte GeForce RTX2070 WindForce 2X 3xDP/HDMI

SSD

500GB Samsung 970 Evo Plus M.2 2280

HDD

4000GB WD Red WD40EFRX Intellipower 64MB 3.5" (8.9cm) SATA 6Gb/s

I meant I would press on the keyboard, it’s just random, and it’s not the sleep settings, I’d be playing a game and then the my computer will just shut down for no reason
