Mycloud can not be accessed

Dust up my old mycloud (single bay) to get some files and data from it, and this happens. I tried a few things but none work. It is an direct ethernet connection to the PC since connect to the router simply just don't even connect. I can access it via the windows DLNA function but I cna't see the files as an before and an normal drive would. Any help from anyone?

When I am in the Access Media mode(DLNA)

But I need to access my files as an normal drive. Please help.
