How much VA are needed for the following 2 PCs

Mains power: 220v @ 50Hz

First PC: R5 5600x (with PBO), R7 250

Second PC: R3 3300x, RTX 3060

Peripherals: 2 total monitors (And mice and keyboards)

 

Do the PSUs spec matter? Or only the total max draw possible from these two PCs? For example if the 2 PSUs are 600w, total of 1200w yet the Pcs can draw max 700w, do I need a UPS that is capable of 1200w, or 700w is enough?

 

(I read that VA translates into Watts with a correction factor)

I have no idea, they're 24 inch 60Hz, old monitors, and the sticker behind won't show any information
