why doesn't my ram show 3000 mhz when i overclock it and only shows 1400 mhz in task manager

for some wired reason when i turn a-xmp on to show 2800 or 3000 mhz which my ram kit speed is suggest for and apply it, and enter my bios again it shows the speed but when i go to my task manager it shows only 1400 mhz.

Dont know if my ram is the problem or its the motherboard, or something else.

Motherboard:B350M BAZOOKA

Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000

DDR is double data rate. It sends data 2 times per MHZ. 1400x2=2800. When you sent XMP to 3000 it should say 1500 mhz yeah?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

Just under the XMP setting, (leave enabled) set DRAM frequency to 3000mt/s F10 save restart and see if it runs 1500mhz like it's supposed to.
