Delay on post after shut down

So I have encountered a problem lately which keep bothering me and I can not find a permanent fix for it.

After shut down when I start pc, I keep getting no signal few times until I am in windows. I reset cmos it fixed it, but when I turn back things I need to turn on like xmp or fTPM (win 11 not installed just have it enabled anyways) and etc. It was okay before. This started after I removed gpu for fixing sata cables which were causing problem with long boot. Also if I restart after this kind of shut down, it boots normal. I have build this pc about 2 years ago. I m just looking for a permanent fix. Spec as shown below:

CPU Ryzen 5 3600

Gpu RTX 2060 Aorus Xtreme

Memory Gskill trident z neo 2x8gb 3600 cl18

SSD Corsair mp510 960Gb

Motherboard Gigabyte Aorus x470 ultra gaming
