Laptop Starts to Lag on Youtube Randomly

Specs: Ryzen 5 3500U
Ram: 8gb DDR4 2400Mhz (The Speed is as shown by the task manager)
2gb Ram has been reserved for the Radeon Vega 8 (Can't even change it in bois)
Actually Usable Ram: 5.9GB 
Issue: Laptop Starts to Lag (takes like 2-5 secs to respond every action) randomly when using Youtube (mainly I use Youtube, not sure if this issue happens on other websites also)
Never had this issue else were (have used VLC and it doesn't happen in it)
Web Browser Used: Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium
Posted it even on TechSupport subreddit and noone helped.
