If you can increase your budget, an EVGA RTX 3060 gpu would be fine. However, I could only fit a GTX 1660 Ti in the list. You can decrease the price by going with the stock cooler, but for the Ryzen 5000 series I definitely would recommend going with an aftermarket cpu cooler instead.

PCPartPicker Part List: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/b8LB2V

CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F 2.9 GHz 6-Core Processor (£146.86)
Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B460-PLUS ATX LGA1200 Motherboard (£115.49)

(For the motherboard you can use a micro/mini ATX motherboard but I don’t recommend going for micro ATX and also I don’t recommend MSI motherboard because some people told me that MSI bios are awful)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

(£63.99)

(I didn’t add a ram with RGB, if you can add one if you want and it will be another £10)
Storage: Western Digital SN750 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£51.98)

(Actually I don’t know about WD SSDs and if they work alright but I add them because I saw that lot ok people add WD SSD for builds)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

(£31.98) (If you want a HDD)
Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 6600 XT 8 GB GAMING X Video Card

(£429.99)
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case

(64.00)

(You can change the case if you want but buy a good quality one with good cooling solution)

And also I don’t think you need a separate cooler for now because I also use a i5-10400F processor with stock cooler and I didn’t got any heating issues.

The 10400F only supports PCIE 3.0, and B460 only supports 2666Mhz RAM.

Usually Gen4 isnt too uch of an issue, but the 6600 XT only uses an X8 link, which means that it runs at X8 PCIE 3.0, this can be a limiting factor. Especially in bandwidth heavy games like doom eternal.
