What you want to be looking into is general electronics, nothing is going to specialize specifically in GPU's. Louis Rossman and definitely Northridge Fix on youtube.

 

You're going to need a lot of general electronics experience and potentially some specialized equipment. At the very least a solid multimeter and soldering station including hot air.

i have all things and know basic but i want to learn how to diagnose a gpu like my gtx 980 msi is randomly shutting down during load even in desktop so i want to diagnose that gpu and fix it

what basics do you know?

like how to solder. even some smd soldering also i did replace same smd cap before also i can understand basic to medium lvl circuit diagram yeah
