Yeah, idk why you're going with a small psu, so I went with a bigger and better one.

Your RAM and storage options could be better. 64GB is a lot of RAM you probably won't be using half of.

No frills maximum price to performance

1000€ for the gpu so maybe a 3070ti

5900x cause if you are getting 32gb ram might aswell get a 5900x for futureproofing, though if a 5900x is overkill you can just swap for a 5800x and free more budget for the gpu

Fans wise just go arctic, their p12 is equivalent to noctua fans whilst being about 1/3 the price

Your original build doesn't include GPU price, So IDK what to do about it.

But I optimized your build.

Better cooler, More reasonable priced motherboard.

Don't ditching RGB on RAMs.

Getting absolutely better storage configuration.

Good case and reasonable power supply.

So, Now it depends on GPU, If you want to save up more money for GPU, build can be adjusted for lower price while not leaving any performance. Or if you already have GPU/Don't include GPU price in 2000 Euros, you could get much better performance for price your original build costs. So give us little more details.
