Boosting the Volume of a Single Application?

Video Beagle

The sound on my Windows 10 PC is good and loud, in general. Music, games, all play well.   I have 1 Game that is too low, even at max settings, with windows sound at 100. I would like to boost the volume (amplify) of JUST that game.  Does anyone know of programs that can do this?

There are programs like Sound Booster which boost the whole system's sound. It's page makes reference to applications, and I have an email into them asking for clarification if it can do application by application, but so far I have not heard back from them.  Boom 3D can amplify and modify individual programs, BUT ONLY ON THE MAC versions, where there are several software solutions for this problem. (related, this is the second time in as many days that something that has easy solutions for MacOs has few if any solutions in Windows...or at least easily found ones).

I have emails out to some "Virtual Audio Cable" companies, but have not heard back about possible amplification solutions.

Can anyone help me out?

open volume mixer

there you can lower everything else's volume and just turn up your overall volume, if that's available

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

I need amplificaiton, not relative adjustments.
