so I've just bought a new asus free dos laptop that has a 256gb nvme ssd but when I try to instal windows my ssd doesnt show up there, nothing shows up so i cant instal an operating system.

it came with a broken ssd? why doesnt it recognize it? in bios it shows but on diskpart/listdisk and win 10 install window it doesnt show up 😞

after searching everywhere and not finding a proper solution 

I tried disabling one by one in bios.


There's an option in bios called VMD CONTROLLER. Disabling it solves EVERYTHING.
hope it helps other people aswell.
