Something is broken.  Either gpu, mobo, psu (typically)

For people to further assist you, you should post full specs of the pc however.

First of all, please try to make your thread title descriptive of the problem so that there is a better chance of someone who has relevant knowledge finding it. There are literally dozens of threads just titled "help" (or some variation thereof) each week.

Now then.

Did this PC ever function, or is this the first time you're trying to start it?

The white light on the motherboard is almost certainly a debug LED. Consult your motherboard manual to see what specific component it's indicating a problem with.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

White led generally means a CPU error.

Be sure the CPU PSU cables is seated correctly. (On both motherboard and PSU side, Unplug and reconnect).

Also disconnect all external devices, ssd and hard drives. If you can get it to boot, add one device back at a time. Process of elimination.

At least take a picture without the side glass on so we can see the lights closer?? Doesn't help with the glare.

Looks like the white LED is for the VGA error of either not detected/failed. Have you tried to reseat the graphics card? If you don't POST still, then the graphics card is most likely dead, also given by the fact you have lines showing up on your screen (but check your video cable connections, as improperly seated cables can cause weird graphical issues).

looks like that is the problem. i tried reseating, reputing the cables and a different monitor but it does not work.

looks like my gpu is probably dead. I was playing Monster hunter world. when the computer crashed could the game be the problem or a faulty gpu? Edit (thanks for the help <3)

Alright. When the computer crashed, was this when it stopped booting up and is giving you the white LED?

Try turning the PSU switch off, hold the power button for 5 seconds, turn the PSU switch on and try turning on the PC.

Sounds like the graphics card is dying if it kept crashing. There's not much you can do in BIOS.

Are there any strange graphical issues going on in BIOS??? If so, the graphics card is defective.

Still suspect there is a graphics card issue here. Can you possibly swap it out for another one or test your 3070 in a friend's PC?
