I've been waiting 1 year for my graphics card!

Dmarck

1 year ago i wanted to build a new computer as the new graphics cards came out.

I ordered a gigabyte 3080 as soon as they became available in my country: (about 1038 usd)

Complaining to the vendor does nothing so I'm about to give up and just go Xbox or something.

I seriously suspect Gigabyte not going FIFO but LIFO in to maximize profit, so with the price I've got I'm going to be one of the last persons to get one.

Also, I've noticed in this forum that Gigabyte is not getting the best of opinions? Before throwing in the towel and going console, I was thinking about sticking to Asus.

Something in stock and not terrible overpriced in my country. one of:

- ASUS GeForce RTX 3080 Turbo V2 HDMI 3xDP 10GB (50% more the one I ordered)

- ASUS GeForce RTX 3090 TUF Gaming OC 2xHDMI 3xDP 24GB (200% more)

But I want to water cool the graphics card and I have no hands on experience with that, and would very much like to avoid trashing a newly acquired card. I've been watching different videos on the topic but still. On top of that i find it very difficult finding the right water cooling blocks where i 100% certain that it will fit...

Any help and opinions is appreciated.

I don't care how, either demand a refund, or report the seller on the website, but I would want my money back, or my card immediately. 1 year is far too long for something that expensive.
