CoverBot iPad Bluetooth Keyboard + Case

Anthony10

Now I know I may get hate for using an iPad, but I got it for christmas one time and I like to use it like a laptop only but for surfing the web. I have an iPad 4th Gen Retina Display. A big annoyance of an iPad for me was the onscreen keyboard. So I went looking for a solution.

I found many of the same product, so I believe my review of the CoverBot will be no different than if I were to review one made by NewTrent. I would just go with the one with the color of your liking and lowest price.

I got mine for $40 and have been using it a lot for the past 3 months.

Pros:

Easy to use keyboard/get used to

Low latency

Easy to connect

Functions keys on the keyboard (play pause brightness ect)

Home button key on keyboard

Off key on keyboard (can be a con sometimes when hit by accident)

Comes with case, I have not tested it because I fear my iPad won't come back in one piece, but I have dropped it once and there was not dent, the case protects my iPad from scratches too

Easy to fold and go (transportation = plus)

Adjustable stand for many different viewing angles

2 different iPad rest areas for different viewing angles

LED indicators for charging/battery, bluetooth, and caps lock

Battery lasts for a long time before charging again (I'd say 6+hours of nonstop use)

Cons:

Keyboard is a bit loud

I don't think the case is too durable

No backlight on the keyboard

No battery percentage indicator, just colors

Hope I helped you decide whether or not to buy this. Thanks for reading.

This was written on the iPad with the CoverBot BTW.
