I mean,  its likely psu... thats the thing, even cheap terrible psus will work, for a while, until the cheap, terrible parts are degraded enough to cause issues.  Makes sense right?

Yeh, but now you have possibly dodgy drivers on top of it, never install drivers / software from unknown / untrusted sources.
