That the MIM-104 PATRIOT missile system when first deployed in the 90's during the gulf war had one miss, but that miss was due to time drift of the computers with a drift of 1/3 of a second created a miss of 600 meters. The fix? well it was legit restart the computers every 2 days.

All phones sold in South Korea be it Android or iPhone has the shutter sound turned on by default even when it’s silent and that the sound shouldn’t be lower than 60 decibels. It is the SK government’s way of deterring creepy ass men taking photos of women in skirts without consent in public places like trains. 
 

Oddly enough in South Korea as well, you can record a conversation without the consent of the other person and use it as evidence in court and the person who recorded is basically unscathed from consequences of privacy laws.
