RGB Not working properly

I do have a folder installed called "Mystic_Light_SDK" if thats what you were asking for, it has two .dll files and a .h file, I downloaded it from the bottom of this page.
dont worry about the SDK. this getting overly complicated. the solution should be simple.
let's take it from the top again. I know you said all the lighting was working when you first booted. however after rereading you OG statement

I have connected an rgb splitter to the JRAINBOW2 port and connected my front panel rgb and the two deepcool fans to that.
tells me you might have it connected wrong.
double check connection for J1. J2 is definitely wrong. page 12 of the user manual for your case show that it is it own controller and its power from the psu and has it's own switch.
please confirm.
