Can’t clone my Xbox One X hard drive?

So I’ve followed every guide I can find online and nothing works, it clones the drive but then when I stick it into my Xbox the system won’t boot and says there is a problem, has happened with every drive I’ve tried as well, trying to move over to an SSD. Did Microsoft change something so you can’t do this anymore?

What format are the drives you are using?
