Github agreement Winget

I need some help. What option do I pick for the licence agreement on Github if I am submitting a 3rd party application to Winget that is not mine? See screenshot

First option: It is your work, nobody else can rightfully make claim to it, you created it.
Second option: You have a contract where your work belongs to someone else, you are submitting with authorization from said person.

Yeah but none of these apply since I am trying to submit an already existing program to Winget

You do nothing, since you don't have the actual right to do so. This is like you submitting a Disney movie you bought on DVD to Netflix because you'd like to see it on their service. And it doesn't matter if the software you intend to submit is freeware or abandonware or whatever, if winget only accepts software by the rights holder or someone representing them in a legal capacity, then you can't contribute it directly. The only thing you can do is suggest a submission to the actual rights holder and hope that they're willing to follow through.
