If you can find one for a good price, it might be a good idea to upgrade to something like a R5 2600. I personally wouldn't spend more than $100 US (I think that's like $130-140 CAD?), but you get a clock speed and core count bump. Getting a new GPU would be pretty difficult now, so that's out of the question (plus I wouldn't trust anything more powerful on that PSU). You could also upgrade your RAM to something 16GB 3200MHz, or just add an extra 2x4GB kit to bring you up to 16GB.

Unfortunately Canadian prices can be really dumb. Conversion is not really enough, there is import tax, freight price and other costs that bump the prices more than just a standard conversion of currency. 2600 is going for about $260, while the 3700X is going for $339. Worst of all 3600 is going for $349 lol. I would lean towards upgrading to a 3700X, but I'm not too sure how well that motherboard will handle it. I play ff14 and I do notice a difference between 4 and 8 cores in game without benchmarks.

GPU wise, you would really need to break the bank to buy an upgrade over the rx 580. You can always sell your rx 580 and it will hurt less at least.

Ram wise I would just look for a 16GB Kit so you don't have to worry about upgrading later if games start using more ram.

Pretty pointless to ask without a budget. "Cheap" isn't a quantifiable metric to go off of.
