Screens go black, computer still runs.

This is a Windows 11 machine 

I just updated both the Chipset driver and BIOS to BIOS Version/Date    American Megatrends International, LLC. F35, 7/8/2021 neither fixed it.

 

My issue only occurs when gaming, when not gaming everything works perfectly and HWinfo says my temps are under 95c at all times even when gaming.

But when gaming, eventually both my screens just go black! Sometimes sooner, sometimes later. 
I've reseated the displayports, but nothing fixes the signal. The computer is still interactable I can hear games still playing and everything.

I have reseated the power connectors on the GPU. I removed half my RAM 32gb > 16gb. 

 

The only thing I've found that effectively works is a hard-restart, but I'm out of ideas on how to stop this from happening in the first place, so I turn to you in my time of desperation.

sounds like GPU driver is crashing and not recovering
