No.

Not enough information.

As i've seen it happen on PC's that use to much CPU and not having the recourses for the network.

I've seen it happen with overheating NIC

Also seen it happen cus the NIC was dying.

(NIC = Network Interface Card)

CPU usage is low, NIC is about 7 months old.

I'm afraid I don't have much information, this just randomly happens sometimes

The NIC could be overheating as it's under my graphics card.

See what it does if you keep the panel open, and maybe a fan to it.

Also it can be on the other side of the cable. 馃槈
As in the router/modem can be the culprit.

Maybe try rebooting that.

That why you put all the specs down you think coulud matter, and then some more. 馃槃
