How do I optimize my NVidia control panel for....

Performance, no input lag/no screen tearing.

Balanced between visuals and performance.

 

My monitor is also currently capped at 140fps and my monitor refresh rate is 144hz.

RTX 3080

5800X

16GB 3600 RAM

750W

 

could someone give me a full rundown on what settings i should use? (screenshots inc)

 

 

I also play apex/warzone and i sometimes get a lot of artefacts.
