I was for a bit, it was terrible when it first launched and because of that a lot of people just wont use it now. When things like steam have a chat system build in which works pretty well it's hard to people to change.

I tried but no one i know wants to touch it so i removed it and never saw back.

yeah I uninstalled it, it was just slowing down my boot time since most people I know are on teamspeak skype or steam

me and my friends use it, its quite decent, the odd bug here and there but I prefer it to skype

Yeah me and my friend use Google + and Skype (Skype doesn't with and my mic won't work in Google plus unless we are also in a Skype call)

At the time I was using it it was really buggy.
