Budget (including currency): 16,000 EGP ($1020)

Country: Egypt

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hey, so I managed to snag a 3060 Ti before the TSMC price hikes, and will go this weekend to buy the rest of the parts once I get paid. I want advice on what to get. Initially I was thinking about:
Ryzen 5 5600X
B550 Aorus Elite V2
Patriot Viper Steel 16GB 2x8GB 3200mhz CL16
Seasonic S12III 650 80+
Deepcool Matrexx 55 Mesh

Acer Nitro VG240Y
Will get a better SSD later. And I was told Gigabyte aren't the best motherboards to have, so can you suggest better alternatives? Going to be playing on 1080P

Swap the power supply out for something better such as an RM unit. Other than that, seems fine enough.

Asus TUF B550 boards are alright.

Maybe choose a cheaper motherboard and a better PSU?

It's RTX 3000 series ^.

I would recommend msi motherboards

* Maybe squeeze in 3600MHz RAM? *

Edit: Maybe something like this? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CgQQmk

I would recommend the 10400 over the 5600X. Yes, it's slower, but it's also much cheaper. Alternatively, you can look into the 10700 which preforms relatively similar to 5600X, but with 2 extra cores. You can go with the something similar to the below:
