Putting the likelihood of Win 11 + Drivers being the cause aside, have you made a change to your setup recently? Specifically when it comes to which USB ports/devices you are using.
Hubs are common causes of USB issues, and these issues are more prevelant if you have high speed devices, or lots of devices on them, and/or the controller responsible for that group of USB ports.

Does the issue only happen when you plug into the hub?
If you plug the device that's having issues into another port on your PC (regardless of the answer to the question above), does it disappear? (try a USB port on a completely different row/header to your most heavily loaded ports too).

If none of the above helps, or tbh even if it does, check to see if your drivers and bios are up to date if you haven't already 馃檪

remove all hubs and other USB stuff, do the I/O errors continue, its most likely not a USB hub or device.

Also You need WAY MORE spec and explanation, dont expect us to put in the effort if you're not willing to do so yourself. 馃檪

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

Not willing to capitulate to the ignorance of the masses!
