RAM sticks running @ different speeds. i3 6098 and H110

Here's the CPUz validation link. I'll upload photos of CPUz to show what I'm talking about.

I have no idea how memory overclocking works, I never bothered to learn cuz my platform doesn't support it, or so I thought. I opened up the bios to find lots of options that can be changed. I didn't change anything cuz I know my CPU doesn't support it (I think). 

q1, can I atleast set my ram to the same speed?

q2, can I tighten the timings?

ok, can I tighten the timings? Or is it not possible with this cpu

btw these are the same sticks. I just bought them at different times.

Basically, you shold be able to enable XMP in the BIOS, then they'll run at the same speed and timings because they're the same model.

2133 is the max supported speed for your chipset and CPU. Don't bother tightening timings, you won't see any benefit.

mobo supports 2400mhz, cpu doesn't. Just double checked

Yes that is because manufacterers lie, and dont care about their consumers.
Putting in different chips, keeping the modelnumber the same, totaly screwing it up.

This is not new and i wonder how that can be a suprise tho. They have done this for decades, and its absolutly aweful.
