UDK Crashing Issue. (To do with Build lighting / a Material)

Didn't really know where else to ask, so here goes, I'm doing a course atm which has us using UDK, for the most part it's working fine but I've run into a snag, basically when I try to build the lighting with Static Meshes checked UDK crashes (and obviously doesn't build the lighting nor save it) I've had a look through logs and this is what I have found (Keep in mind I don't actually have any Static Meshes currently, as I'm very early on in my course.)

 

Now I'm assuming it's an issue with my landscape_material_01 but I'm not sure what, as I have everything connected appropriately (as far as I can see) Here's an Image of it so you can see, I don't believe i've missed anything but I might have. ZawpwcD.png

If anyone is curious, here's how I fixed it.

 

Well my tutor has fixed it, if anyone is getting a similar issue this is how he fixed it:
 
Create a New Material, name it something new, Copy the entirety of the old Material nodes, paste them into the new Material, and hook them up again to diffuse and normal, then make sure you edit your landscape properties to have the new material as the Landscape Material. After this I was able to rebuild the lighting using lightmass and Static Meshes. 
 
Absolutely zero idea what caused the issue, but that fixed it for me.
