Pc Part Picker API

PcPartPicker doesn't have a Public API, you would have to use a web scraper to scrape content from and write your own interface to interact with it using the available requests throughout the site itself.

Hi, I am making a website using HTML and I would like to use PcPartPicker's API (Users will be able to upload their Pc builds using a link). Is there any way to do it?

With JavaScript, yes. Not with HTML alone.

Haha. Well, I assumed it had one, since you were asking how to use it. Never looked into it myself. Apparently, there is no public API, but there's a few unofficial projects, from what I see, that found a way to scrape or otherwise obtain the information. As with anything unofficial, it's probably not maintained well, and may break at any time, or may already be broken for all I know.
