3070 Ti isn't worth it over a 3070. Just get whichever is cheaper/available. A 3060 Ti, if you can get it anywhere near some semblance of "MSRP" is pretty much the best performance per dollar card in Nvidia's lineup. A 3070 is still appreciably better, though, at least in raw performance.

This does depend on what resolution and everything you're going to be playing at. If you're playing at 1080p, the 3060 or 3060 Ti should be where you're looking. If you're playing at 1440p, the 3060 Ti or 3070 should be your focus while maybe thinking of the 3070 Ti. 4k, I'd go for the 3070 Ti or 3080 if you can score a FE card somehow.
